67:1
Tabaraka is a superlative from barkat.
When the superlative tabaraka is formed from Barkat it gives the meaning that Allah is the one who puts Barakah and enhances things unexpectedly .He is more and beyond tgan we can imagine . He is superior to everything beside Himself in His essence and attributes and works. His beneficence is infinite, and His excellences are permanent and everlasting.
67:2
67:12-14
The word Latif as used in the original means the One Who works in imperceptible ways as well as the One Who knows the hidden truths and realities.
‘Would He not know His own creatures?’ The word khalaqa in the original text can mean both ‘Who has created’ and ‘whom He has created,’ and in either case, the meaning remains unchanged. This serves as the reasoning for the preceding statement—how could the Creator be unaware of His creation? While the creation may not fully understand itself, the Creator cannot be unaware of it. He has fashioned every vein in your body, every fiber in your heart and brain. You breathe because He allows you to breathe, your limbs function because He enables them to function. How, then, could anything about you remain hidden from Him?
This message is addressed to all of humanity, believers and unbelievers alike. For the believer, it serves as a reminder that not only are their visible and hidden actions known to Allah, but even their secret intentions and innermost thoughts are not concealed from Him. For the unbeliever, it is a warning: they may live as they wish, heedless of God, but nothing they do will escape His notice
67:15-18
That is, this earth has not become subdued for you of its own accord, and the provisions also that you are eating have not become available here by themselves, but Allah has so arranged it by His wisdom and power that your life became possible here.If you are not lost in heedlessness and look about yourself intelligently, you will find how much wisdom underlies in the making of this earth habitable for you and arranging in it immeasurable stores of provisions for you.
you are not strutting about on this earth at will by your own power: you are under obligation only to Allah’s protection for each moment of your life that you are passing here, otherwise Allah at any moment may cause such an earthquake to occur as may make this very earth to become your grave instead of the cradle that it is, or may cause a windstorm to blow razing all your towns and settlements to the ground.
